מגורים פינתיים מרשימים שנוצרו במיומנות על ידי המעצב המוערך אריק קוהלר. בית מרהיב זה כולל חשיפות שלישיות ו-21 חלונות גדולים שמקיפים את חדר האירוח, המטבח ואזור האוכל באור טבעי מרשים. המשתרע על שטח של כ-3,500 רגלים רבועים, בית זה עם ארבעה חדרי שינה, ארבעה וחצי חדרי אמבטיה תוכנן מחדש בקפידה כדי להתאים גם לאירוח גרנדיוזי וגם לחיים יומיומיים נוחים.

לובי הכניסה הנדיב קובע את הטון עם רצפת אבן גיר ומסילות עץ עשירות, כאשר הוא נפתח לגלריה פורמלית, אידיאלית לתצוגת אמנות.
