Residence 10B is a 4 bedroom, 4 and a half bath residence facing east, west, and south with open views and beautiful light. With ceiling heights over 10 feet, the apartment feels lofty and airy. This floorplan exists on only 4 floors and there are only two apartments per floor at this level.
