The bedroom features wall to wall carpeting, high ceilings, built in shelving, private deck, and sliders offering year round scenic views of the lake. Its location offers the perfect mixture of privacy and convenience. A lovely place to relax, a peaceful lake to enjoy the sounds and sights of nature and all only minutes from shopping and the Taconic State Parkway. Every tenant over the age of 18 must have a completed NTN Screening Report ($20.00 non refundable fee per applicant). Credit score of 650 or higher is required by landlord. No Co signers. Landlord will verify all tenant information. Tenant pays all utilities and they must be in the tenant's name. Tenant is required to have renter's insurance. No exceptions. Landlord requires immediate occupancy.
