הדירה כוללת חדרי שינה עם דלתות כנף לשמירה על פרטיות מרבית. החדר הראשי כולל חדר אמבטיה צמוד עם שני כיורים, ומקלחת ואמבטיה נפרדות. חדר האמבטיה השני כולל שני פתחים, אחד מספק גישה צמודה לחדר השינה השני, אך יש גם פתיחה לאורחיך כאשר אתה מארח.

The Solaria Condominium is just "it" in Riverdale. Unit 6D is an expansive 2 Bed/2 Bath unit that faces North and East with a private balcony for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an afternoon cocktail.

The apt has winged bedrooms for ultimate privacy. The primary with an en suite bath with two sinks, and separate shower and bath. The second bath has two entrances, one to provide en suite for the second bed, but an entrance for your guests when entertaining.

Cooking in the spacious open kitchen is a dream with top of the line appliances, and more than one dining area depending on your mood. Counter, or table, the living space has room for both.

Sitting in the living area surrounded by windows is a luxury with light streaming in. The 10 foot ceilings add to the comfort and overall feeling of floating in space.

Of course there is an in unit w/d for your convenience. The Solaria Condominium has 24 hour door staff ,a fitness center, lounge, playroom, rooftop deck with breathtaking views.
