Spend your summer in NYC in this beautiful Boerum Hill Townhouse garden duplex. You'll be in the prettiest, most walkable neighborhood in Brooklyn -- with easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment and transit.

The upper level of the duplex apartment is on the parlor floor of the townhouse which features high ceilings, parquet floors and original period plasterwork. There is lots of light from the tall windows front and rear, plus 2 beautiful marble fireplaces (not working). The kitchen is at the back of the house overlooking the sensational South garden. There is a large island with lots of storage/workspace and a cooktop with 5 gas burners. The kitchen is furnished with excellent appliances including Sub Zero refrigerator, Miele Microwave/Convection oven, conventional Miele oven, Miele dishwasher, and an ins-sink disposal. Enjoy your home-cooked meals in the expansive dining room or retire outside to the amazing garden.

There is a beautifully decorated powder room on this floor, and thru-wall AC.
