Apartment consists of a full size kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator) with a deck, large living room with a bay window, full bath with walk in shower, 3 bedrooms total with one having a deck, and one with a decorative fire place. There is brand new engineered flooring throughout the apartment. Driveway and parking areas are paved and each apartment has 2 parking spots. The heating system is oil with supplemental heat and air conditioning provided by mini-split units. House has solar panes for electric and there is a propane fueled automatic generator in case of emergencies. House has municipal water and sewer.
Tenants will be responsible to cut the grass and remove snow.
There is a flat fee of $300.00 per month for utilities which includes electric, heat, water and sewer, as well as hot water. One time pet security deposit of $500.00 is refundable at the end of the lease if no damage occurred. Pets are considered on case by case basis.
