The elegant floor plan gets afternoon sun through the charming casement windows while the two bedrooms at the back of the apartment are quiet for sleeping or working. The well-proportioned living room is large
enough for comfortable living and dining, with the windowed, enclosed kitchen off to one side.

A South-facing window seat in the living room is perfect for a morning coffee, an afternoon phone call or an evening book.

The smartly designed kitchen is finished with handsome
