דמי אחסון: 65$ לחודש לכל יחידה (אם רלוונטי)
דמי אופניים: 25$ לחודש לכל מקום (אם רלוונטי)
דמי חניה: 520$ חודשי בתוספת מס לכל מקום (אם רלוונטי)

שכר דירה כולל חימום, מים חמים, וגז בישול. הדיירים אחראים על חשמל, טלוויזיה בכבלים, ושירותי אינטרנט.
