This apartment just underwent a compete gut renovation from top to bottom.  Brand new windowed kitchen (with stainless steel appliance, including dishwasher and great counter / cabinet space),  2 brand new bathrooms, brand new floors ... BRAND NEW EVERYRTHING!  With a unique layout, there are some different options here, including using one of the separate areas as  dining area or a home office.  It could also be a separate den, or even possibly a third sleeping area.  Both bedrooms have closets and can each fit a queen size bed.  The apartment also features and stackable washer & dryer.  Apartment 1 is only one flight up!  Small pets possible on a case by case basis.
