Apartment details.
This is a charming studio apartment on the first floor in a two-unit building. The kitchen is stylish with grey cabinets, a gas range, and a stainless steel refrigerator. There is a great breakfast nook in the kitchen, and great meals. Off the kitchen, there are two closets in the hallway by the bathroom. The bathroom has a nice-sized tub with tiled walls and a large medicine cabinet. The living area has room for a full-sized bed, which can be positioned as shown in the photos or rotated 90 degrees. The front area has room for a comfortable sofa and has two windows facing east out onto Buffalo Ave.

Transportation.
There is a C train stop at Ralph Ave, or the A/C train at Utica Ave, the B65 bus line runs on Dean Street, and the B60 bus line runs along Fulton Street. It's a quick 45-minute train ride to Midtown Manhattan. 

Laundromat and dry cleaners.
There is a clean Rite Center across the street on Atlantic Ave.
