The apartment has a good feel space wise.

 

Enjoy wonderful unobstructed Central Park views from the living room and master bedroom. There are three exposures: east, west and north allowing natural light to enter every room. The elevator takes you to a semi-private landing shared with just one other apartment.

 

The large, windowed kitchen has undergone a complete renovation just a few years ago with new cabinets, quartz counter tops and Bosch appliances. The formal dining room is just off the kitchen. There are two full bathrooms and a powder room; all with windows. More than enough closets with 6 throughout.  Monthly maintenance includes heat and hot water.

 

The Central Park View is a lovely full-service building, dating back to 1926 with 24/7 doorman, resident manager and first-floor laundry room. The lobby has been restored to its original splendor with Terrazzo floors, coffered ceilings and stained-glass windows. Perfect location, close to all the Upper West Side has to offer including a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's nearby. Probably no need to say the obvious, but I will; New York's wonderful Central Park is across the street to enjoy.
