There is a $20 credit check fee per applicant. Tenants are responsible for all utilities with the exception of water( heat, electricity and gas)

Lost key fees are as follows: The building entrance security key fee is $50 per key. Mailbox key is $35. New mailbox lock and key $100.

At lease signing, the first month's rent and one month's security deposit are due.
