The online application and credit check on behalf of the Landlord is $20 per applicant / adult applicant / adult payable by the Tenant.

Upon Tenant approval by the Landlord, based on the above application and credit check, first month Rent and one month Security are payable at Lease signing by the Tenant via bank checks (not personal) .

A Condominium Board package is required and the following one-time 400 CPW Condominium lease fees are payable by the Tenant with submission of the Board package:

-Credit Check Fee (Non-Refundable) $150 per applicant / adult applicant
-Move-In Deposit (Refundable) $750

-Digital submission fee $65
