Private entrance which includes large closet for storage -- then up the stairs to the apartment. Tenant responsible for electric & heat
(and Internet/cable/phone, if so desired), landlord covers water & garbage. NO PETS OF ANY KIND -- please don't even ask.
No washer/dryer, but there's a laundromat just a few doors down. Parking is in a municipal lot across the street, while there's
