Upon entering the residence, one is greeted by a formal entry hallway which leads to open and very gracious space across this oversized studio apartment. The space boasts walls adorned with lush silk weave and European 5-inch white oak chevron flooring with bronze inlay as well as cove ceilings with discreet integrated lighting creating a beautiful ambiance. The living area and bedroom space is separated by a tastefully crafted partition. The comfortable bed within the bedroom area is outfitted with only the best Frette linens. Outside the windows there are Juliet balconies which overlook a very peaceful street to the north and around the corner to the west is world-famous Fifth Avenue.



The kitchen, custom designed by Molteni, features 22-karat galvanized champagne gold Dornbracht fixtures, polished Graffiti marble countertops with a bronze mirror backsplash, custom fluted glass upper cabinetry and shelving with champagne metal trim and lower cabinetry clad in Cleaf Sable wood concealing the state-of-the-art fully integrated Miele appliance suite.
