ברוך הבא לפוקס הולו, בית עם חדר שינה אחד, אמבטיה אחת ברחוב סתום ושקט שמוביל למסתור שמורת סלאיד מאונטיין בקאטסקילים. הבית הוא לגמרי מוכן, עם שיפוץ מלא שבוצע במהלך כהונתו של הבעלים הנוכחי. בין 2021 ל-2023, המטבח והאמבטיה חודשו לחלוטין, היסודות חוזקו, נוסף מפוצל ללא duct, הותקנו חלונות חדשים, והגג והאבטיחות הוחלפו. כדי להשלים את זה, הבית נמכר מרוהט לחלוטין. דמיין את עצמך טובל בנחל המשיב לפני שסוף הקיץ ייגמר!

הפנר המסך יכול להיות מחולק לגמרי כדי ליצור חדר שינה שני קבוע, אבל עד אז, תהנה משינה או ספר עם רוח קרירה מהנחל רק כמה רגלים ממך. למרות הקרבה לנחל, הבית מעולם לא flooded, ואין צורך בביטוח הצפה מהלווים של המוכר.

Before you enter the house, just listen. One thing stands out about this home above all else, the rushing sound of the Fox Hollow Creek, just feet behind this turnkey cottage in the mountains.

Welcome to Fox Hollow, a one bedroom, one bath home on a quiet dead end road that leads to the expansive Slide Mountain Wilderness of the Catskills. The home is completely turnkey, with a full renovation undertaken during the current owner’s tenure. Between 2021 and 2023, the kitchen and bathroom were completely re-done, the foundation reinforced, a ductless mini split added, new windows installed, and the roof and gutters replaced. The screened porch could potentially be walled off to create a full time second bedroom, but until then, enjoy a nap or a book with the cool breeze from the creek just feet from you. Despite the proximity of the creek, the home has never flooded, and does not require flood insurance from the seller’s lender.
